Thank you for the excitement and interest you’ve shown in Shamrock Station! We’re proud of the opportunities this space is creating for students and appreciate your enthusiasm for using it.

For the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year (and through summer 2026), Shamrock Station will remain focused on supporting and scaling its educational programs, including culinary arts/Foodies Rock, Rocks Media House, and Shamrock Connections.

At this time, the facility is not available for internal meetings, events, or general staff use. Shamrock Station is still in the process of developing its operational structure, including building management and support staffing. Currently, individual programs are responsible for maintaining their own spaces, and we do not yet have a dedicated team or resources in place to support broader building use.

Looking ahead, we anticipate that opportunities for internal and external use—including meetings, event rentals, and on-site catering—some time in 2027.

In the meantime, Foodies Rock is available for off-site and to-go catering, offering a way to engage with the program even before in-building services are available.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue building a strong foundation for this unique and impactful space.

Why can’t I use Shamrock Station for meetings or events right now?
At this stage, Shamrock Station does not yet have a dedicated operations or building management team. Each program is currently responsible for maintaining its own space, and we are not equipped to support additional building usage outside of those programs.

When will staff be able to use the facility?
We anticipate broader access (including meetings and events) to become available some time in 2027 depending on operational readiness.

When can I start inquiring about event reservations or on-premise catering?
Inquiry timelines are expected to become open some time in 2027. More details will be shared once processes are in place.

Is anything available right now?
Yes. Foodies Rock offers off-site and to-go catering services, which can be utilized even while the facility itself is not open for events.

What is currently housed at Shamrock Station?
Shamrock Station supports multiple student-centered programs, including:

Culinary arts and Foodies Rock

Rocks Media House (student media production)

Shamrock Connections adult education

Shamrock Success Academy

Future event center and Rocks Shop

Can Rocks Media House take on staff or external projects?
At this time, their focus is on student learning and district priorities. Capacity for additional projects may open in the future.

How will reservations for catering and events work when available?
All reservations and inquiries will be coordinated through: Nikki Heflin (heflinn@wws.k12.in.us). If you have not used this contact before, we recommend saving it for future use.
